This accolade recognises their exemplary leadership and significant contributions to fostering an inclusive and innovative research environment at ETH Zurich and Eawag.
Interdisciplinary Dialogues: A Greek Doctoral Congress in Biogeochemistry and Pollutant Dynamics
On April 5th, our institute hosted a unique Greek Doctoral Congress, blending the rich heritage of Greek mythology with cutting-edge scientific research. This event showcased the work of our doctoral students against the backdrop of the historical theme. The congress featured thorough scientific dialogue and interdisciplinary collaboration, reflecting the breadth of topics being researched at the Institute of Biogeochemistry and Pollutant Dynamics.
IBP Seminar Schedule online
With the start of the new semester, we return to the IBP Seminar series. From February 23rd until May 17th, we have four interesting seminars covering a wide range of topics. Join us on Fridays from 12:30 to 13:30 in CHN P 12 or online via Zoom. You are welcome to have lunch during the seminar. Coffee and tea is served, please bring your own cup. We are looking forward to seeing many of you and having interesting discussions!

IBP PhD Congress Successfully Returned to Eawag
On the 14th of April 2023, the 15th IBP PhD Congress under the motto "Unlocking the Secrets of Elements" was held at Eawag in Dübendorf. At this annual event, PhD students from the Institute of Biogeochemistry and Pollutant Dynamics (IBP) at ETH Zurich have the opportunity to present their research results with a poster or a talk.
